MELD movement, rest, and music // feat. michelle + kristine

Reconnect body, mind, and spirit with a practice for your whole being. First, a uniquely smooth and gentle flow, with a sensual soundtrack to match - yoga that feels like a slow dance with yourself. Then, melt into restorative postures accompanied (live!) by the resonant tones of harmonium.

collective resonance // feat. michelle + chelsea spicer

Steep in a nourishing sound bath with Chelsea and her singing bowls, then let the sound come through your own voice, accompanied by Michelle and her harmonium.

We’ll chant together and offer simple ways to incorporate resonance into your daily life and practice.

Join us and let the collective experience of sound leave you feeling connected and restored.

“Spent a week doing yoga in the jungle, on the beach, and on cloud 9 with pulse Yoga Retreats and my best friend. Many thanks to Chelsea and Michelle for helping me breathe deeper, appreciate what the day brings, and flow with what’s around me. A joy to have spent time with such beautiful souls!”

{Oregon Coast} 2018

“I spent the last four days on the Oregon coast with some incredible humans and the stunning backdrop of a farmhouse on the Nehalem River. We frolicked and napped on the beach. We hiked through the forest. We meditated in the garden. We ate nourishing home cooked meals. We drank wine. And of course, we yoga-ed. Boy did we yoga.

I didn’t even realize how much I needed that time to unplug, to reconnect to what’s written in my heart, to follow my breath into my body, to soak up the healing energy of the earth, and to share space with my thoughts.

Even as a yoga teacher, it can be hard sometimes to stay connected. To stay in alignment with my vision and purpose. To make time for myself. To practice being.

Our time in nature, or on our mats, or wherever your practice allows you to be connected both inward and outward... is pure magic. I feel more nourished and refilled and open and rooted and peaceful than I have in months.

Thank you, {pulse} Yoga Retreats, for cracking my heart open, emptying out the clutter, and reminding me of what’s written there. Of why I’m here. My heart is full.”
